Studying on the antifungal activityof the actinomycete XK1 isolatedfrom growing orange’s soil against pathogenic fungi causing disease in citrus

Streptomyces are considered to be one of the actinomycetes genera having potential in production agricultural probiotics because they safe and have strong antagonism many bacterial fungal species that cause plant diseases. In this study, 18 strains were isolated from growing oranges’ soil Ha Giang province, which actinomycete strain XK1 was strongly resistant fungi Penicillium digitatum Colletotrichum gloeosporioides causing fruit rot shedding citrus. Based on morphological characteristics 16S rRNA sequence, determined belong albulus. On MT2 medium with pH=6, after five days shaking cultivation at 30°C, liquid cultures S. albulus showed strongest resisting activity P. C. gloeosporioides.
